- Contour Cycle Club reserves the right to make changes to the website, terms and conditions at any time.
Orders:
- We check the information you submit to us for validity, by verifying your method of payment, billing and shipping details prior to fulfilling the order.
- Contour Cycle Club may require additional information from you before accepting your order. In this case we will contact you directly.
- Contour Cycle Club reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason without prior notice to you. Your credit card will be refunded in the event that your order is not accepted.
- Our stock levels are accurate to the latest update; however, stock availability is subject to change. If we can not fulfill your order we will contact you as soon as possible.
Shipping:

Contour Cycle Club ships all orders with Canada Post.

The customer assumes responsibility for any additional charges on rejected packages. Contour Cycle Club is not responsible for customs fees incurred on imported goods. Any shipping charges incurred due to exchange or returns for store credit are the responsibility of the customer.

We work hard to keep our shipping rates down while still providing you with efficient and reliable service. Please allow 3 days for your order to ship, regardless of shipping speed, as some of our items are made to order.

Contour Cycle Club will not be responsible for any items lost during shipping.

- All orders are shipped in the order they are received.
- Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address, Contour Cycle Club can not be held responsible for an incorrectly entered delivery address.
Pricing:
- All credit cards are charged in Canadian dollars.
- Any duty and/or taxes added to your package by the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer to pay and these costs are not included in the order total.
- Typo Errors, in the event that a product is listed with an incorrect price or information due to a typo error; Contour Cycle Club reserves the right to refuse or cancel the order placed for the item listed at the incorrect price. In this case Contour Cycle Club will immediately issue a credit back to your card for the full amount paid.
Returns & Exchanges:

Contour Cycle Club will gladly accept returns for an exchange or store credit for any item purchased on contour-co.com Since our items are made-to-order, we cannot offer refunds of any kind. We welcome questions and are happy to work with you before you place an order to make sure the right choice is made!
- You may exchange any item if you are not satisfied with the size or colour; returns or exchanges can be made for any item with a defect. If your item has a defect, we will happily pay return shipping.
- Please contact us about any returns or exchanges. Returns will be accepted if the product is sent back to us within 30 days of the delivery confirmation date and if the item remains in the condition in which it was received. After 30 days, we reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange. * Please note Contour Cycle Club. will not be responsible for return or exchange shipping costs, including duty and tax.

Returned and exchanged items must be in new condition, unworn/unused. Please contact us to request a Return Authorization via email at info@contourcycleclub.com. All returns and exchanges must be approved beforehand. Once we have approved your return, we will send you further instructions. After your return is processed, you will be issued a credit for the item. *Please note: we will not provide credit for the shipping cost.

All returns or exchange packages must be fully insured. The will be no return or exchange on items damaged or lost in shipping. You must file a claim with the carrier.

You will be credited within 3-10 days of receipt of your item.
- All of our items are guaranteed for craftsmanship. Any product found to be defective will be repaired or replaced by us free of charge. Please contact us at info@contourcycleclub.com if your product has a defect.
